Return Policy
We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Sale items, clearance items, and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return, please send us a mail or WhatsApp message DM with your order details and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect your return.
Delivery Policy
We offer nationwide delivery across Nigeria.
All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Orders within Port Harcourt are delivered via dispatch riders.
Orders outside Port Harcourt are sent via waybill or trusted courier services.
Customers will receive a tracking number or dispatch confirmation as soon as the order ships.
For faster processing, ensure you provide accurate delivery details and active phone number.
Shipping Policy

Port Harcourt: Same-day or next-day delivery (depending on order time).
Other states: 2–5 working days, depending on location and courier.
Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and destination and will be communicated before payment.
FLORIFEM is not liable for delays caused by the courier, but we will assist in tracking and resolving any issues.
